Level IV Application

Level IV or "Integration" is the final stage of Impact Leadership. This module is an extensive simulation designed to create a sense of urgency for the participants. Each participant is challenged to utilize and integrate the resources, concepts, and skills learned in the previous three levels. By addressing issues, initiating change, confronting values and ethical choices, a participant will have the opportunity to learn how to implement such skills in a simulated organizational environment.

All graduates of Level III are eligible to apply for Level IV of Impact Leadership. The Impact Leadership Level IV Selection Committee will review all applications received by the due date, and invitations will be extended to those that have demonstrated superior leadership within their chapter, community, and personal life.

Additionally, all applications must be accompanied with a letter of recommendation from a college/university official, faculty member, or community leader that can speak well of an individual's leadership ability.
