Impact Leadership is one of the most comprehensive and interactive leadership modules available to colligate men. This highly interactive program is divided into four modules (levels) that build upon the concepts of the preceding level.

Level One - Recognition: creates self-awareness of the participant's behavior and communication styles, so as to effectively understand social interaction. The core concept introduced in this level is to ensure the participant's intent be equal and consistent with his impact.

Level Two - Interaction: expands upon the awareness gained in the first module, by demonstrating how to translate and manage personal leadership styles into a group setting. Core concepts explored in this level include: theories of power, conflict resolution, and values used in the context of organizational and personal decisions.

Level Three - Application: immerses the student into many case studies and an experiential exercise, Sub-Arctic Survival, that encourages independent decision-making and an examination of leadership as it applies to organizations and communities.
