Is this a job bank service?
Very simple—NO, NO, NO. This is named Joe Charles Mentor Leadership Program instead of Job Bank 101 for a reason. The program is a unique opportunity for Lambda Chi Alpha members to locate alumni members and friends of Lambda Chi Alpha who are willing to help them with information regarding various career paths, geographical insights, and knowledge gained in previous work experiences.

How many times will a mentee contact me as a mentor?
There will be no guarantee on the number of times you will be contacted. You might get six calls one week and none for 2 months, but your participation is vital to the success of the Joe Charles Mentor Leadership Program. At any time, a mentor may choose to hide his contact information if he doesn't wish to be contacted for a period of time.

How many times should I contact my mentee?
The type of mentoring relationship that you develop with your mentee is totally up to you. Some are going to be extremely ambitious and want to be contacted weekly; others might be satisfied with one e-mail or call per month. Please use your own discretion when determining what you want to get out of the mentoring relationship.
