How do I get Involved?

The Joseph T. Charles Mentor Leadership Program is designed to benefit Lambda Chi Alpha’s members. Participation by various undergraduates and alumni in different regions of the world will only make this outstanding program stronger and more beneficial.

Participation in the program is very easy – simply fill out the online registration.

Upon completing your registration, members will have access to all undergraduates and alumni participating in the program. From here, those that wish to seek a mentor will be able to search by occupation, state, and career mentoring categories.

It is the sole responsibility of the mentee to make the initial contact. After that, the mentee and mentor will decide the type of mentoring relationship that will evolve.
