Theta-Pi at Gettysburg Celebrates 100th Anniversary Milestone

On Oct. 1, the Theta-Pi chapter at Gettysburg College celebrated its 100th anniversary. The local Phi-Sigma chapter was founded in 1916 and later installed as the Pennsylvania Alpha chapter of Theta Kappa Nu on Oct. 11, 1924. In 1939,  the chapter became the Theta-Pi chapter of Lambda Chi after the merger with Theta Kappa Nu.

At the weekend celebration, more than 200 alumni and undergraduate members and guests were in attendance, including former Texas Congressman Dr. Ron Paul (Gettysburg 1957) and Lambda Chi Alpha’s CEO Bill Farkas (Butler 1988).
