When determining if a perspective campus is a good fit to establish a new colony, the expansion staff considers the follow factors:

Academic Climate

Lambda Chi Alpha looks for high-caliber men to join the organization, as our members are held to high academic standards

Campus Support

We value ourselves on building strong co-curricular partnerships with our campus colleagues

Alumni Support

For an expansion to be successful it requires alumni members to volunteer to assist the new colony as it  establishes operations and is integrated into the fraternity and sorority community

Student Interest

Are there men who are currently enrolled at the institution who are interested in joining Lambda Chi Alpha? Is the student body receptive to bringing on a new organization?

Potential for Success

On an expansion, the goal is to establish a strong colony that can operate independently, strive to meet the required standards for chartering within the required time-frame.

Recent Expansion

How have recent expansion efforts gone? Were they able to successfully integrate into the campus community and can we emulate that success?
