Aimed at serving current and future Officers, Stead Leadership College prepares Members for a position on the High Zeta. The program is designed to build capability within Chapters, and act as a bridge between the Officer experience and the world of work.

LEADERSHIP READY

Prepares Brothers to be a leader on the High Zeta (Chapter management team) and beyond.

ROLE READY

Equips Brothers with the skills, tools, and resources to be successful in their Officer position.

CAREER READY

Allows Brothers to articulate and draw parallels between leading a Chapter and leading a small business.

 

 

FIVE CREDENTIALS OFFERED

Leading Teams 
Learn the necessary skills to lead your Chapter. Chapter Presidents learn the importance of the bottom line and taking action. Upon completion of all modules they will build a Chapter Plan.

Social Responsibility
Learn the necessary skills to build a culture of philanthropy and service. Philanthropy Chairs learn to support a charitable cause, plan ethical events, and showcase their efforts to the surrounding community. Upon completion of all modules, they will create a Social Responsibility Plan.

Essentials in Finance
Learn the necessary skills to create and manage your Chapter’s budget. Treasurers learn the language of finance, how to build a budget, and how to protect the Chapter’s finances. Upon completion of all modules, they will build and communicate a Chapter Budget.

Recruiting & Sales
Learn the necessary skills to promote and grow your Chapter. Recruitment Chairs learn to create a value proposition, utilize consultative sales in recruitment, and how to engage Brothers as recruiters. Upon completion of all modules, they will build a Recruitment Plan.

Learning & Development
Learn the necessary skills to create a culture of learning. Fraternity educators learn to evaluate their learning environment, meaningfully engage their Members, and embed the learning. Upon completion of all modules, they will create a Fraternity Education Plan.
