By providing experiential service-learning opportunities and innovative training with our new Stead Leadership College, our members are advancing in two ways:
- They are earning an average GPA higher than the all-campus male average
- They are graduating with the ability to translate their fraternity experience into the marketable skills employers need to see
Our unique partnerships with JED, OneLove, and Movember helped create our
Ideal Man Program, a new take on Fraternity education that has provided thousands of members the tools needed to:
- Understand who they are
- Build healthy relationships based on trust
- Listen effectively and better manage conflict
