Lambda Chi Academy brings together the Ideal Man Institute and Stead Leadership College to support Members from Associate Membership through continued growth and Chapter leadership.

Online courses prepare Brothers for hands-on activities, reflection and conversations led by Officers, High Pis, Advisors and Big Brothers.
