Scott Jackson is president and CEO of East End Plumbing Supply, a plumbing supply wholesaler based in Louisville, Kentucky. He joined the company as assistant warehouse manager after graduating from Eastern Kentucky University and has worked his way up to his current position over the past 20 years.

Scott has served Lambda Chi Alpha since graduation, first as Alumni Association president of Phi-Beta Zeta at Eastern Kentucky University, then as the Chapter Advisor for his home chapter, and most recently as Chapter Advisor for Zeta-Sigma Zeta at the University of Louisville. He is a 2016 Order of Merit recipient and served as Grand High Gamma from 2018 until being elected Grand High Alpha in 2026.

An active runner and hiker, Scott resides in Louisville with his wife and three children.

Chris Meyer is Director of Institutional Investing at Truepoint Institutional Advisors, where he provides investment advisory services to colleges and universities, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Truepoint in 2015, he spent 22 years as an institutional investment consultant. He earned a bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Akron, an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Chris has been a dedicated volunteer leader for Lambda Chi Alpha for more than a decade. He spent nine years on the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation Board of Directors, including as Chairman from 2016 to 2018. Elected to the Grand High Zeta in 2020, he served as Grand High Iota from 2020 to 2022, Grand High Tau from 2022 to 2026, and was appointed Grand High Beta in 2026.

Chris and his wife reside in Cincinnati and are the proud parents of four daughters.

Eric Berger is System Director for Supply Chain at Covenant Health, a New England-based health system. He has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management, serving both hospitals and suppliers. Prior to his healthcare career, Eric served seven years on active duty as an officer in the United States Army.

Eric has served Lambda Chi Alpha for more than 25 years. He began as Treasurer of the Alpha Zeta Alumni Association before serving 17 years as Chapter Advisor for Alpha Zeta at Boston University. He also served on the International Zeta Advisory Council from 2024 to 2026 and has facilitated leadership programs at numerous General Fraternity events. In recognition of his service, Eric received the Order of Merit in 2004. In 2026, he was elected Grand High Gamma.

Brian Heckler is a strategic finance executive and former partner at KPMG LLP with more than 40 years of experience in financial governance, risk oversight, and organizational strategy. Throughout his career, Brian has advised organizations on financial stewardship, governance, audit oversight, and organizational transformation.

Brian has extensive experience serving Lambda Chi Alpha, including on the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation Board of Directors and the Fraternity's Finance and Resource and Audit Committees. He was elected to the Grand High Zeta as Grand High Tau in 2026.

Brian believes strong governance and financial stewardship provide the foundation for organizations to achieve their mission and create long-term success.

Mike Brady is President and Founder of Generosity Wealth Management, a financial services firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. Before founding the company in 2008, he co-founded a brokerage firm, multiple multi-strategy hedge funds, a publicly registered mutual fund, and authored two books on personal finance.

Mike has served Lambda Chi Alpha for more than 15 years. He was Chapter Advisor for Sigma-Omega Zeta at the University of Northern Colorado for 10 years before being appointed Chapter Advisor for the then Associate Chapter at Colorado State University in 2020. He has facilitated leadership programs at General Fraternity events since 2011, received the Order of Merit in 2021, served as an International Ritual Coach, and was elected to the Grand High Zeta in 2022. After serving as Grand High Phi from 2022 to 2026, Mike was elected Grand High Pi in 2026.

Outside of Lambda Chi Alpha, Mike is passionate about serving others. He has volunteered with charitable organizations focused on genocide reconciliation in Rwanda, prison reform and recidivism reduction, international orphan care and adoption in Ukraine, Nicaragua, and Colombia, as well as local Rotary clubs and community foundations.

Todd Vilardo recently retired following a distinguished career in public education, including serving as Superintendent of Schools for Charleston Community Unit School District #1 in Illinois. Throughout his career, Todd focused on educational leadership, student development, and organizational excellence.

Todd has provided exceptional leadership to Phi-Alpha Zeta at Eastern Illinois University through his service on the Chapter's Alumni Control Board and Alumni Advisory Board. His commitment to Ritual education, recruitment, mentoring undergraduate officers, and chapter development has played a vital role in strengthening the Chapter. In recognition of his service, Todd received the Order of Merit in 2026 and was elected to the Grand High Zeta as Grand High Phi later that year.

Todd is passionate about mentoring young leaders and helping undergraduate Brothers realize their full potential through the values and opportunities of Lambda Chi Alpha.

Rodney Roosevelt is an associate professor of psychology at Arkansas Tech University and founder of the Integrative Behavioral Neuroscience Laboratory. A behavioral neuroscientist, his research spans traumatic brain injury, behavioral genetics, neuroscience, and member well-being. He has received National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding for clinical trials studying non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation and has published extensively throughout his academic career.

Rodney has served Lambda Chi Alpha in numerous volunteer leadership roles, including as Chapter Advisor for Cameron University, the University of Louisville, and Eastern Illinois University. He has facilitated leadership programs at General Fraternity events, including the Stead Leadership Seminar and Nevil Advisor's College, and is a recipient of the Order of Merit. As part of his scholarship, Rodney led the Fraternity's five-year Life Assessment and Motivation (LAMP) study, examining the health and well-being of Lambda Chi Alpha members. Elected to the Grand High Zeta in 2024, Rodney continues to serve as Grand High Kappa.

Rodney is passionate about applying psychological research to strengthen leadership, improve member well-being, and advance the lifelong development of Lambda Chi Alpha Brothers.

Ed Wilkinson is President and Director of Farmers Bank, a family-owned commercial bank established in Greenwood, Arkansas, in 1907, and Chief Executive Officer of Wilkinson Banking Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Arkansas, followed by a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Laws.

Ed has served his community and country through leadership in business, public service, and the military. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserve during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm and later in support of the Global War on Terrorism. He also represented Arkansas in the state legislature for 16 years, including as Chair of the House Banking Committee and Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Ed was appointed to the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation Board of Directors in 2023 and was elected to the Grand High Zeta as Grand High Delta in 2024, where he continues to serve.

Ed's connection to Lambda Chi Alpha spans generations. His father, Means Wilkinson, was a member of Theta Kappa Nu, which merged with Lambda Chi Alpha in 1939. In recognition of his family's legacy, the Chapter Room at Gamma-Chi Zeta was dedicated in his father's memory.

Ken Weaver is an Operating Partner with TVV Capital, where he works with portfolio company leadership teams to assess organizational capabilities and develop strategies for long-term growth. Prior to joining TVV Capital, Ken spent 30 years with Bridgestone Corporation, serving in executive leadership roles including President of Bridgestone North American Tire Commercial Sales, Chief Financial Officer of Bridgestone Americas, and Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Firestone Diversified Products.

Ken has long been committed to developing leaders and strengthening organizations. He serves on Boy Scouts of America council boards and received the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award in 2011. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Ken earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration, graduating in the top five percent of his MBA class while serving as president of the graduate student government.

Ken has served Lambda Chi Alpha for many years as Chapter Advisor for Zeta Chapter at Penn State. He was elected to the Grand High Zeta as Grand High Epsilon in 2024, where he continues to serve.

Ken believes the strongest organizations are built through listening, developing leaders, and maintaining a long-term perspective that creates lasting value.

Joe Citro is Chief of Development and Marketing for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, where he helped lead the organization's largest fundraising campaign in its history while significantly expanding its development operations. A former Educational Leadership Consultant and Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer for Lambda Chi Alpha, Joe brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, fundraising, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has raised more than $30 million in philanthropic support.

Joe's connection to Lambda Chi Alpha spans both professional and volunteer leadership. As a member of the Office of Administration staff, he worked closely with undergraduate members, volunteers, alumni, and Fraternity leadership to advance the organization's mission. He was elected to the Grand High Zeta as Grand High Iota in 2026.

Joe is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening nonprofit organizations, and ensuring Lambda Chi Alpha thrives for future generations.

With more than 53 years of experience in the financial services industry, David Burch founded Lighthouse Financial Advisors in 2006 after serving in leadership positions at companies like Mutual of New York, Lincoln Financial Advisors, and Peachtree Planning Corporation. During David’s 34 years at these three companies, he spent most of his time recruiting, coaching and training Financial Advisors. These skills have been very important as David built his Team at Lighthouse Financial Advisors, LLC to serve our clients.

David graduated from the University of Georgia in 1973 with a Batchelor’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, and a minor in Management. During his four years at the University of Georgia he spent much of his time in extra-curriculum area like: 1) Student Senator: where he served and eventually became Treasurer of the Student Senate in charge of allocating Student Activities monies to all eligible Student Groups. 2) Minister to Business & Finance: A Cabinet position on the Student Government Association where he served as a liaison to the Athletic Department and other parts of UGA 3) High Alpha of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity for 2 consecutive Terms 4) Member of the Gridiron Secret Society 5) Member of the Greek Horsemen Society 6) Member of Blue Key 7) Member of ODK National Leadership Honorary Society.

David and his wife, Terri, have two children, Mackey and Bennett. When David is not serving his clients, he enjoys spending time traveling with Terri, duck and quail hunting, red fishing, playing golf, and enjoying beautiful Coastal Georgia.

Will Bell is currently attending the University of Georgia majoring in Finance and obtaining a master's degree in financial planning. He intends to pursue a career in Wealth Management and Financial Services after graduation. At his Chapter, Will was a Founding Father, serving as High Alpha for two consecutive terms throughout the rechartering process of Nu Zeta. He also served on the inaugural IZAC and the Grand High Zeta as Grand High Nu from 2024-2026. At the 61st General Assembly, he was re-elected to an additional two-year term on the IZAC to serve from 2026 - 2028.

Colby Harrell is a junior at the University of South Dakota pursuing dual majors in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Legal Studies of Business. He currently serves as High Alpha of the Alpha-Gamma Zeta and as Assistant Risk & Portfolio Manager for the University's Coyote Capital Management Fund, where he analyzes public companies and portfolio risk. Following graduation, he plans to pursue a JD/MBA with the goal of building businesses focused on long-term value creation and principled leadership.

Colby has held several chapter leadership positions, including High Sigma, High Rho, and High Theta, and has served on the Executive, Philanthropy, and Recruitment Committees. At the 61st General Assembly, he represented Alpha-Gamma Zeta as its Official Delegate and was elected to the International Zeta Advisory Council. He was subsequently elected Grand High Theta, serving as the undergraduate representative on the Grand High Zeta and helping represent the perspectives of undergraduate Brothers in the Fraternity's international governance.

Colby is passionate about strengthening chapter operations, academic excellence, alumni engagement, leadership development, and preserving the traditions of Lambda Chi Alpha. Outside of school and the Fraternity, he enjoys football, weightlifting, wrestling, golf, swimming, and spending time with his family on their South Dakota farm.

Troy Medley serves as Chief Executive Officer of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and is only the sixth person to hold the position in the Fraternity's history. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2019 and is a voting Ex-officio Member of the Grand High Zeta.

Before joining Lambda Chi Alpha, Troy built a distinguished career in business and entrepreneurship. He founded and led Personal Care Physicians, California's largest concierge medical group and executive health program, before selling the company in 2018. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Velocity Sports, where he led the company's successful turnaround and growth. Troy earned his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School and has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.

As Chief Executive Officer, Troy works closely with the Grand High Zeta, Board of Councilors, Lambda Chi Foundation, and Office of Administration staff to advance the Fraternity's strategic priorities and strengthen the undergraduate and alumni experience. His leadership has emphasized organizational growth, member development, alumni engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring Lambda Chi Alpha remains a values-driven Brotherhood that prepares men for lives of leadership and service.

Troy, his wife, Jaime, and their three daughters reside in Carmel, Indiana.
