Leadership | LCA Fraternity

As men of Lambda Chi Alpha, we are ever striving to grow as leaders. With this in mind we offer opportunities for our members to hone those leadership skills at a national and campus level, such as holding higher office in the chapter or attending the annual High Alpha Summit, Stead Leadership Seminar or General Assembly.

Additionally, undergraduate members have the opportunity to serve on Lambda Chi Alpha’s Board of Directors, known as the Grand High Zeta. This opportunity within Lambda Chi Alpha helps recruit and produce young men such as Leandro Jaime, who shares his story of the work he has accomplished on campus and in his community.

Upon graduation Lambda Chi Alpha produces leaders who go on to become impactful in their community and in their professions. A small sampling of how some of our men are continuing the Lambda Chi spirit in their life after college is highlighted in our LCA 30 Under 30 series.

Lambda Chi Alpha’s vision to lead a co-curricular Greek movement, predicated on partnership and collaboration amongst the undergraduates, host institutions, alumni and General Fraternity, and offering an experience that focuses on the maturational development of today’s college man. As such, it is the vision of Lambda Chi Alpha to extend itself beyond the traditional social fraternity in practice and principle.
