Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity offers meaningful opportunities for Brothers to engage with the organization beyond their undergraduate experience. Whether you’re interested in working directly with a Chapter or supporting the General Fraternity, there are many ways to get involved.

Chapter Advisory Board

Support Undergraduates directly by offering mentorship, accountability, and leadership guidance.
Time Commitment: 3–5 hours/month

House Corporation

Help maintain safe and supportive Chapter housing as part of an Alumni-led board.
Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/month

Grand High Zeta

Contribute to Lambda Chi Alpha’s strategic direction by serving on the Fraternity’s Board of Directors.
Time Commitment: 15–20 hours/month

Education & Programming

Lead values-based educational programs, wellness initiatives, or Member development efforts.
Time Commitment: Varies by project

Event Volunteer

Help plan or support events—locally, regionally, or nationally—as a facilitator or ambassador.
Time Commitment: One-time or short-term
