The Office of Administration serves as the professional staff supporting Lambda Chi Alpha’s mission to develop ethical leaders and strengthen Chapters across North America. Working alongside Undergraduate Members, Alumni Volunteers, and University Partners, the team provides leadership development, operational support, and strategic initiatives that help Chapters succeed and Members grow. Together, the Office of Administration works to support a strong undergraduate experience while advancing Lambda Chi Alpha’s Core Values and long-term vision.
