Voices of Lambda Chi Alpha

I enjoy working with Lambda Chi Alpha because of the genuine investment the Fraternity makes in its Undergraduates; they are not afraid to make bold decisions. When our Chapter Members complete their education, there’s a clear and immediate difference in how they lead, collaborate, and approach problem-solving.

From start to finish, the Lambda Chi Alpha headquarters staff was invested in working hand-in-hand with me. It was impressive to see their approach was not just about recruiting new Members into the Chapter, but about meticulously selecting and then training young men who embodied the Fraternity’s core values. It never felt like another campus expansion project, it felt like a partnership.
