Board members will begin four-year terms following the 61st General Assembly this July in Kansas City.

Carmel, Indiana — The Grand High Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha elected five Brothers to serve on the Fraternity’s international governing board during its meeting on May 11, 2026. Their four-year terms will officially begin at the conclusion of the 61st General Assembly in Kansas City, Missouri, this July.
The following Brothers were elected to the Grand High Zeta:
- Mike Brady (Sigma-Kappa Zeta, Eastern Michigan)
- Eric Berger (Alpha Zeta, Boston)
- Joe Citro (Epsilon-Xi Zeta, Florida Southern)
- Brian Heckler (Phi-Tau Zeta, Shippensburg)
- Todd Vilardo (Phi-Alpha Zeta, Eastern Illinois)
Brother Mike Brady, who has served on the Grand High Zeta since 2022 as Grand High Phi, was re-elected to a second four-year term.
The Grand High Zeta serves as Lambda Chi Alpha’s governing board and is responsible for providing strategic oversight, organizational governance, and long-term leadership for the Fraternity. In accordance with the Fraternity’s Constitution, members of the Grand High Zeta are elected to staggered four-year terms.
In April 2026, the Grand High Zeta elected Scott Jackson (Phi-Beta Zeta, Eastern Kentucky) to serve as Lambda Chi Alpha’s next Grand High Alpha and Chairman of the Board, with his term also beginning at the conclusion of the 61st General Assembly.

Mike Brady is the founder and president of Generosity Wealth Management in Boulder, Colorado, and has more than 35 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management. A longtime volunteer within Lambda Chi Alpha, Brady has served as Grand High Phi since 2022 and currently chairs the Committee on Emblems and Ritual. His volunteer service also includes roles as High Pi (Chapter Advisor), facilitator for leadership programs, and member of the Resource and Audit Committee. Brady is a 2021 Order of Merit recipient and remains actively engaged in undergraduate mentorship and leadership development throughout the Fraternity. |

Eric Berger brings more than three decades of leadership experience in healthcare supply chain management and nonprofit healthcare systems. He currently serves as System Director of Supply Chain for Covenant Health. Berger has served Lambda Chi Alpha in numerous volunteer capacities for more than 30 years, including as High Pi, Alumni Association Treasurer, program facilitator, member of the Committee on Governance, and inaugural member of the International Zeta Advisory Council. He received the Order of Merit in 2004 and the Distinguished Service Award in 2010. |

Joe Citro serves as Chief of Development and Marketing for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, where he helped lead the organization’s largest fundraising campaign in its history and significantly expand its development operations. A former Educational Leadership Consultant and Special Advisor to the CEO for Lambda Chi Alpha, Citro brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, fundraising, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has raised more than $30 million in philanthropic support and remains deeply connected to the undergraduate and alumni experience of Lambda Chi Alpha. |

Brian Heckler is a strategic finance executive and former partner at KPMG LLP with more than 40 years of experience in financial governance, risk oversight, and organizational strategy. Heckler has extensive experience within Lambda Chi Alpha governance, including service on the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation Board of Directors and the Fraternity’s Finance and Resource and Audit Committees. His background includes nonprofit governance, strategic planning, audit oversight, and organizational transformation. |

Todd Vilardo, a 2026 recipient of the Order of Merit, recently retired following a distinguished career in public education leadership, including service as Superintendent of Schools for Charleston Community Unit School District #1 in Illinois. For Lambda Chi, Vilardo has provided exceptional leadership and mentorship to Phi-Alpha Zeta at Eastern Illinois University through his service on the Chapter’s Alumni Control Board and Alumni Advisory Board. His guidance during critical periods of rebuilding and growth, along with his commitment to Ritual education, recruitment support, and mentoring undergraduate officers, has played a vital role in strengthening the Chapter and reinforcing Fraternity values. |
