Welcome Brother High Rho!
You are the future of Fraternity and are vital to ensuring Lambda Chi Alpha achieves its mission to, “Inspire and equip men to lead an ethical life of growth, service, and leadership.” This Hub has been created to equip you with information you will need to successfully manage your Chapter. Using it will help you increase both your competence and confidence as you grow as the High Rho. We hope that, in turn, current and future Brothers will benefit from the meaningful changes you make in your Chapter.

Welcome to your role! You will be connected to your dedicated Chapter Support Specialist and other key officers to better understand your new responsibilities and the resources that will help you along the way.

Planning
You will continue to meet with your Chapter Support Specialist to learn how to work with stakeholders, utilize the new training programs to set goals and create your own operational plan for success.

Success
For the remainder of your term, you will continue to execute your plan with the support of your Chapter Support Specialist, who will guide you through a debriefing process and transition plan out of the role.
