High Alpha-Chapter President
The High Alpha serves as the Chapter’s president—much like a CEO of a small business—overseeing operations, membership, and public representation. They lead meetings, motivate Members, and set the tone for success.
Support is always available. High Alphas receive regular coaching from our Office, have access to leadership resources in myLambdaChi, and can complete a dedicated High Alpha course in the Lambda Chi Academy.
High Beta-First Vice President
The High Beta is the Chapter’s second-in-command—like a COO—supporting the High Alpha and managing internal operations, committees, and Member engagement.

High Theta-Second Vice President
The High Theta leads the Chapter’s philanthropic efforts—similar to a Director of Corporate Social Responsibility—while also supporting the High Beta and stepping in when the High Alpha is unavailable.
High Thetas help create local and global impact by working with partners like the American Red Cross, Movember, and Breakthrough T1D. Additional resources, including a Theta-specific course, are available in myLambdaChi and the Lambda Chi Academy.
High Gamma-Secretary
The High Gamma serves as the Chapter’s Data Manager—overseeing rosters, records, communications, and meeting minutes. Their work keeps the Chapter organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

High Tau-Treasurer
The High Tau acts as the Chapter’s CFO—managing budgets, dues, and financial planning alongside Officers and the Executive Committee. Whether for 30 or 300 Members, sound financial management is essential.

High Iota-Risk Manager
The High Iota oversees Chapter safety—educating Members, managing risk, and ensuring a safe environment for all events and activities. They also establish response plans to help mitigate incidents when they occur.

High Rho-Alumni Secretary
The High Rho serves as the Chapter’s Head of External Relations—connecting with Alumni, supporting the Chapter Advisor, and helping Members stay engaged beyond college. They also help communicate Chapter needs and support Alumni involvement.

High Kappa-Fraternity Educator
The High Kappa is the Chapter’s Head of Learning and Development—leading Member education, onboarding new Members, and supporting Officer-led training.

High Delta-Recruitment Chairman
The High Delta serves as the Chapter’s Head of Sales—leading recruitment by energizing and organizing Members through every phase of the process. While all Members recruit, the Delta drives the strategy and keeps the team focused.

High Phi-Ritualist
The High Phi guides Members through key transitions—Associate, Collegiate, and Alumni—serving as the Chapter’s Talent Development lead. They plan, direct, and educate to ensure Ritual is meaningful and well-understood.

High Sigma-Educational Chairman
The High Sigma acts like a career counselor—boosting academic and cultural growth by tracking grades, hosting workshops, and sharing campus events. They also connect Members with scholarships, jobs, and networking opportunities.

High Epsilon-Social Chairman
The High Epsilon is the Chapter’s event manager—organizing a balanced mix of social activities on campus and within the Chapter, promoting fun with and without alcohol.
