International Zeta Advisory Council

Born and raised in Denver, CO, Trevor Olson is a senior at the University of Northern Colorado. Majoring in Software Engineering and Mathematics, Trevor currently serves as the president of the Sigma-Omega Chapter.

Steve Canfield is currently serving as the inaugural Chairman of the International Zeta Advisory Council. Now retired, Steve spent his entire career in the software industry - starting as a programmer, and then progressing to managing people, projects, and organizations. Prior to retirement, Steve’s roles included working as Senior Customer Success Manager for Planview, a software company specializing in professional services automation and project management solutions; Senior Director of Professional Services at Synergis Technologies, a software and services company providing engineering document management solutions; Vice President of Professional Services for BlueCielo ECM Solutions, an international software company providing engineering document management solutions; and Product Manager for e-PROFILE, a SaaS provider of direct online banking systems. Steve is currently Chairman of Kutztown University Student Services, Inc., a non-profit corporation that provides support and oversight to Kutztown University’s Student Government Board as they manage funding for athletics and student-run organizations. Steve was previously a Director for the Kutztown University Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation managing Kutztown’s scholarship endowment, and a Director for the Kutztown Alumni Association, responsible for alumni engagement. A 2014 Lambda Chi Alpha Order of Merit Recipient, Steve has served Lambda Chi continuously since graduation: as President, Secretary, and then Treasurer of the Alumni Association of his home Chapter; as an Alumni Advisory Board Member; as an Alumni Control Board Member; and as a mentor to Chapter Officers. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University, an M.B.A. from Villanova University, and a Project Management Certification from Pennsylvania State University. Steve is married with two children.

Eric Berger is the System Director for Supply Chain at Covenant Health, a New England-based health system.  He has spent the last 30 years working in the healthcare supply chain for both hospitals and suppliers.  Prior to that, he spent seven years on active duty as an Army officer.  Eric's service to Lambda Chi Alpha began as the Treasurer for the Alpha Zeta Alumni Association.  He served 17 years as the High Pi for Alpha Zeta at Boston University.  He has been a facilitator at numerous General Fraternity events over the last 25 years. For his service, Eric is a 2004 recipient of the Order of Merit.

Drew Goheen is a management consultant within PwC's Workforce Transformation practice where he focuses on solving client challenges related to organizational transformation, operating model design, change management, leadership, culture, organization design, and strategic workforce planning. Drew is a graduate of the University of Miami-Florida, where as an undergraduate, he served as the Epsilon-Omega Zeta's High Alpha as well as on the Student Advisory Committee. Drew currently serves as the High Pi to the Epsilon-Omega Zeta at the University of Miami-Florida.

Wally Jenkins is an Initiated Brother of Alpha-Xi Zeta at the University of New Hampshire, where he served in several Officer positions, as well as on the 1987-88 Student Advisory Committee.  He has been a member of Alpha-Xi's Alumni Advisory Board since 2010.  He also has served on the advisory boards at Pittsburgh (Gamma-Epsilon Zeta) and West Virginia (Iota-Lambda Zeta). From 1988 to 1995, Wally worked in several positions on the Office of Administration staff, including Educational Leadership Consultant and Editor of the Cross & Crescent.  He has been a facilitator over the years at a variety of Fraternity and Interfraternity conferences.  The majority of his professional career has been spent in nonprofit management and small business ownership.  Wally resides in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, with his wife of 23 years and two college-aged children.

Born and raised in Jackson, TN, Henry Piercey is a junior at Union University. Majoring in Christian Ministry and Missions, with an emphasis on Biblical Counseling, Henry previously served as internal house manager, High Epsilon, and graphics & T-shirt chair for his Chapter. Currently, Henry serves as High Beta (Internal Vice President) for his Chapter and also serves as a YoungLife leader in his community along with working in Union’s Office of Admissions for two years as a student ambassador, as well as a student enrollment counselor.

Luis Rivera is a senior at Wabash College, majoring in Psychology with minors in Gender Studies and Black Studies. A dedicated leader in both campus and fraternity life, he previously served as High Alpha of the Alpha-Kappa Zeta and is now one of four IZAC members currently serving on the Grand High Zeta. Beyond Lambda Chi Alpha, Luis has held multiple leadership roles, including board intern for Humans United for Equality, student representative on the National Association of Wabash Men's Board of Directors, vice president of the Wabash Student Senate, and president of the Wabash LGBTQIA+ Alliance. After graduation, Luis will pursue a Master of Management Studies (MMS) at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Owen Kerrigan is a junior studying Political Science at William Jewell College (Epsilon-Nu Zeta). He is from Overland Park, Kansas. Owen is a member of the Grand High Zeta (Grand High Theta) in addition to the IZAC.  At his Chapter, Owen currently serves as the Chapter President. He has previously served as the Internal Vice President. 

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Rick Cassidy is a junior at the University of Miami in Florida. He is majoring in Business Technology and Global Business. At his Chapter, Rick currently serves as the High Beta (External Vice President) and has previously served as Chapter Academic Chair.

Ryan Rodriguez is a senior at the University of Florida (Epsilon-Mu Zeta) studying Computer Science with a minor in Economics. Ryan serves as the vice chair of the IZAC and as Grand High Sigma on the Grand High Zeta. Previously, Ryan served on the Student Advisory Committee.

William Bell is a sophomore at the University of Georgia studying Finance. At his Chapter, Bell currently serves as the Chapter President and was a Founding Father for the University of Georgia’s Associate Chapter. 

William Lin is a junior at Mississippi State University. He is majoring in Biological Sciences with minors in Medical Humanities and Chinese. He is from Hazlehurst, MS. He has served on the Executive Committee as the High Sigma, and currently as the High Phi for Epsilon-Chi. He is now serving on the IZAC committee. After graduation, William wants to pursue a career in medicine and one day become a practicing physician.
