Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity offers meaningful opportunities for Brothers to engage with the organization beyond their undergraduate experience. Whether you’re interested in working directly with a Chapter or supporting the General Fraternity, there are many ways to get involved.

Advisory Board Member

The Advisory Board (formerly Alumni Advisory Board) exists at the discretion of the High Pi and is meant to assist him as he advises the Chapter and its High Zeta (group of 12 undergraduate officers). Board members often advise only one or two officers at a time.
Time Commitment: 3–5 hours/month

House Corporation

Help maintain safe and supportive Chapter housing as part of an Alumni-led board.
Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/month

Grand High Zeta

Contribute to Lambda Chi Alpha’s strategic direction by serving on the Fraternity’s Board of Directors.
Time Commitment: Varies

Conference Facilitator

Help plan or support events—locally, regionally, or nationally
Time Commitment: One-time or short-term

Certified Facilitator

In person facilitation or virtual
Time Commitment: Varies by project

High Pi

The High Pi is the Alumni Advisor to the local chapter. He is to mentor and advise the chapter officers in their governance of the chapter. The High Pi is meant to mentor and advise, not do the work of the officers. The High Pi can be expected to regularly attend chapter meetings and do what he can to know the undergraduate brothers of the Zeta.
Time Commitment: Approx. 5 hours/week
