HAS 2016: Brother Smithhisler speaks on brotherhood

During this past weekend’s High Alpha Summit 2016, hosted here in Indianapolis, Ind., nearly 100 chapter and colony presidents from across the country were led by Lambda Chi Alpha professional staff in education sessions and guided through one-on-one goal setting consultations.

Joining them was Grand High Delta and former CEO of the NIC, brother Pete Smithhisler. Closing out the event during Saturday night’s banquet, Smithhisler spoke on the importance of leadership and what it means to be a member of Lambda Chi Alpha. Check out the video above for his complete speech.
