Lambda Chi Alpha, with support from the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation, conducts an annual undergraduate brotherhood-wide survey to better understand the fraternal experience and measure different dynamics of brotherhood for each of our chapters. Every chapter receives communication and regular reminders to encourage brothers to complete the survey. This report is provided to chapter officers, advisors, Office of Administration team members, parents and fraternity/sorority advisors with opportunity for review so each stakeholder can better understand the chapter experience.

The purpose of this report is to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth based on responses reported by brothers. This information represents the number of members who completed the assessment. The higher the percentage of completion, the more accurately the results will represent each chapter’s unique brand of brotherhood. Any percentage above 30% is considered valid. Lambda Chi Alpha uses data available through our brotherhood survey and coaching meetings to work with chapters to develop strategic plans for addressing specific goals and aspirations of the chapter. We do programming on an as-needed, requested, and recommended basis and intervene with concerning behavior in the data and in practice in real-time.
