Our Health & Wellness Team works with Members, Chapters, families, volunteers, and campus partners to respond to concerns and help create safer, healthier fraternity experiences.

Leads Lambda Chi Alpha’s administrative operations, overseeing organizational systems, risk management, and operational effectiveness. Serves as General Counsel, providing legal guidance on governance, compliance, and policy matters.

Leads Lambda Chi Alpha’s harm reduction and risk management strategies while serving as the primary liaison to University Partners. Oversees programs that support Member health, safety, and responsible Chapter operations.

Supports the Fraternity’s health and wellness operations, including risk management and insurance, financial wellbeing, and investigation processes. He also assists Chapters and campus partners with insurance and certificate of insurance needs.

What Happens After You Report?

Every concern is different.

After a report is received, the Health & Wellness Team reviews the information, determines the appropriate response, and connects with the individuals or partners needed to address the situation.

The goal is to understand what happened, support those involved, and take appropriate action to help protect the health and wellbeing of our Members and Chapters.

The Office of Administration is committed to honoring and celebrating transparency and is always looking to approach accountability through education when possible.
