This June, the Lambda Chi Alpha Office of Administration welcomed four interns for the Farkas Fellowship Program this summer. Named in honor of former CEO William T. Farkas, the program enables undergraduate and graduate Brothers to gain real-world experience at the Office of Administration. Fellows work in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment across various departments including Expansion, Marketing, Chapter/Volunteer Support, and more. Fellowship stipends are supported by the generous donations made to the William T. Farkas Fellowship Endowment Fund.
Meet the Fellows
Austin Bagdasarian is a rising junior from the western suburbs of Chicago. He is a finance major at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he currently serves as the High Alpha (President) of his Chapter. He is committed to enhancing the Lambda Chi experience and giving back to a fraternity that has done so much for him. Austin is also an Army ROTC cadet in the Rocky Top Battalion, where he continues to grow in service, discipline, and leadership as he prepares for future military service.
Elijah Wetzel is a rising senior from Lafayette, Indiana. He is a religion major with a double minor in Political Science and Global Health at Wabash College. He currently serves as the High Alpha (President) of his Chapter. This summer, Elijah hopes he can contribute to creating experiences that call Undergraduate Members to live lives that serve others before themselves, especially when service can be rendered alongside other Lambda Chi Brothers.
Finton McGuire is a rising junior from Oregon City, Oregon. He is a finance student at Oregon State University. He currently serves as the High Epsilon (Social Chair) for his Chapter. He is excited to serve as the Growth & Expansion Farkas Fellow for the Office of Administration, where he will assist with the growth of our Fraternity, especially at upcoming expansions.
Victor Montgomery is a rising junior from Knoxville, Tennessee. He is studying business administration with a marketing focus at Union University. He currently serves as the High Kappa (Fraternity Educator) for his Chapter. This summer, he hopes to help foster community through his support on the marketing team, representing Lambda Chi well to those in and out of the fraternity. Victor is especially eager to present the impact he has seen fraternity make on his own life and on countless others around him.
