The strength of our Brotherhood has always depended on one thing: how well we show up for each other.
Today we are taking a major step forward in answering that questions by launching the Midwest Territory. With a focus on 27 Chapters, its mission is simple, yet powerful: put trained Brothers in front of Brothers.
It is not a pilot in name only. It is the foundation of a scalable system that will redefine how we build strong Chapters across North America.
Through territories, we are placing highly trained volunteers directly alongside Chapter leadership teams and Advisory Boards on a structured six-month cycle.
This consistent, relational presence ensures that support is not occasional or reactive, but instead predictable and deeply connected to the experience of each Chapter.
But this initiative goes beyond presence. It is also about standardization and excellence at scale. By connecting with Chapters, we will be able to standardize curriculum delivery and create learning experiences that reinforce our values while setting Members up for success.
Operationally, Chapters will also benefit from sustained leadership support through regular leadership mentor meetings with High Alphas and consistent touchpoints with High Pi leadership. These structured engagements are designed to strengthen day-to-day Chapter management while identifying training needs before they become challenges.
In the first year, we expect to see clear improvement across all Chapter Success Metrics: Size, Finance, Philanthropy, High Pi and Advisory Board support, and completion within core learning programs including
Member Safety Fundamentals, Ideal Man, and Stead Leadership College.
But beyond the metrics, what matters most is what these outcomes represent: healthier Chapters, stronger leaders, and a safer, more sustainable Brotherhood experience for every member.
And this is only the beginning. Once proven, we aim to expand the model across North America.
For Undergraduate Brothers, this means more support, clarity, and opportunity to succeed.
For alumni, it represents something equally important: confidence that the organization they invested in continues to evolve, strengthen, and lead with intention.
This is not just an operational shift. It is a cultural one.
We are building a future where every Chapter has what it needs to thrive and every Brother has access to the support, education, and leadership development they deserve.
This is how we strengthen the Brotherhood.
This is how we scale excellence.
And this is how we move forward — together
